2nd review in 2 days from me Telkom! Pathetic

<p>After my previous rant about the poor service delivery they sent out a technican (Solomon) He arrived at 6:30pm (no appointment made), and I am a single female living alone. He first sat in his bakkie for 15 minutes while my friend and I who were supposed to be making dinner waited patiently. He then tells me how angry he is that I never answer my phone (he had the wrong number). After 30 minutes inside the house with the router, he tells me the router is faulty and that others in my street have had the same problem. Tells me to take it Telkom to be fixed. I go to Telkom KC where the most amazing woman helped me. She tested the router and guess what? It worked! I couldn't log another fault so I had to apply for a call-back. A lady called back and said she can't even test the line but would call me back when I was home and standing next to the router. Zanele was pleasant and amazing but Telkom- I am now on 7 days no internet. No business unless I buy data- the bills are racking up. And I am totally disgusted at you.</p>
