2nd ref, and no resolve

<p>I have a 50+50gb LTE-A contract, where for the past month, I get the worst ping spikes when gaming, and also, the "Super fast LTE speeds" of 4mbs...during off peak hours....</p> <p>I have asked, and I get calls hung up in my ear, or online chats terminated before I can finnish speaking.</p> <p>current ref is more than 72 hours old, ref: ********** 1</p> <p>I will also not pay for a pointing antenna, Telkom needs to start putting their customers first.</p> <p>I want this resolved within this week, from the 14th, i will post a bad review every 72 hours until this is resolved.</p> <p>and I want free data for the pure neglect and horrible assistance from telkom.</p>
