2nd Hello Peter - Phone still not working

We have been logging requests to Telkom to come and fix our landline telephone which has been dead for the last 2 months. A technician came to our property yesterday and checked the phone in the incorrect house ***) and refused to look at the actual phone which is broken ***), Telkom has now closed the request. Upon phoning this morning the call centre advised us that the call has been closed and that we will have to pay R150 for a tachnician to come and assist again. The technician didnt even check the right phone. This is so frutstrating and telkom is of no assistance at all. <br> <br> Please help us
