2nd ATTEMPT FOR LANDLINE INSTALLATION NO SHOW FROM TELKOM

<p>Pathetic. I was told TWICE today that the technician will be coming. NO SHOW. Useless. Absolutely useless.</p> <p>They were supposed to install the line on 10 March. They were a no show on that day as well. I phoned for the fourth time after 17:15, had to hold the line for almost 25 min and was then cut off. When I tried to phone back, the message was simply that it was outside business hours. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now I can't get hold of anyone. Pathetic. Telkom is useless</p> <p> </p> <p>How do you explain this?</p>
