2months waiting for cancellation

Last month I sent an email to the cancellations department, notifying them of my contract termination. They did not repond to this email and any other emails I sent through to ask for confirmation of letter recieved, instead they chose to ignore it all and deducted the monthly payment from my account. This month I sent s new email with my cancellation form and ID attached to the same cancellations email address. When I phoned today I was told that the account is still active. Again, no response or attempt at making contact was made. Just a flat ignore!!! I do not even reside in SA anymore, so making a phone call costs me more than the actual contract. Now I'm given a Ref number and must wait yet again for some form of (non existent) contact. Sort this out telkom. I want to be rid of my ties with you. This is exactly why I don't give my bank details to contract services anymore. l am done. And now I must probably pay some more money because of your lack of response time. Are you going to pay my expensive phone call to your service desk from a diffrent country?

My Ref number is: ********** 9.

And don't bother phoning any SA number you might have of me, I don't live there anymore

Dear Telkom
I can see that someone is trying to contact me on my Vodacom number. Clearly they've misread the conplaint. I cannot use this number when abroad. It is too expensive as I am paying for half of that phonecall. I gave an alternative number to the services center yesterday. + ********** 08419. That is the only way you will be able to make contact if not by email.
