2mb uncapped line, throttled permanently

I've had a 2mb line for almost a year with telkom and I can count on one hand the amount of times I was actually getting speeds close to that. Nevermind trying to contact them because you stay on hold for 2 hours and I am not willing to accept that and wait that long. This is the most shocking service I have had from an ISP!! Do yourself all a favour and just go with a high cap instead.
