2mb uncapped ADSL slower than dial up

I've been a telkom customer for more than a year now, when is signed up with them my ADSL was super fast but of late my internet connection is slower than dial up connection. I've called them plenty of times, they reset my port then it's fine for a day or two.<br> <br> Whatever you do, stay clear from telkom, their internet is up to ****!!!!
