I went to krugersdorp keywest telkom shop to get a phone on a contract and the phone didn't work and I took the phone back to the shop, I waited for a long hours but nothing happen and then I decided to cancel the contract and took another phone...so what happened is that am being charged for the contract that I canceled and they debited the money and that contract still appears on my account I don't why, I called the Manager of the branch her name is Palesa but she didn't respond to my problem now am making calls to check what's the progress on my case it seems like my calls a been blocked or what I don't know...so I need help and to get my money back that they charged me
