I had my service suspended after I had OVERPAID my account after paying R3000 in cash (I was unsure about my new debit order amount after an upgrade) I was then debited an additional R1025 a few days later and then shortly after had my service suspended. The call centre says I owe R4000, the instore agents says my account should be in a credit and not in an arrears. While they argue with each other I am still without cell service and am unable to work as I am without WiFi (: Please make this make sense???
