Reported ********** activity when an additional account was opened using my details. Reporter the matter on the 2nd October 2018 to telkom. Send all the requested information and documents on the 3rd of October. 3 months later still being told that Telkom is investigating and someone will get back to me. No one has called me back. I just get issued various case numbers but the is no progress but every month debit order run on my bank account for an additional account I know nothing about. Been issued with the following case numbers ********** 7 ********** 6 ********** 4 ********** 6

Today when I call got cut off twice. Telkom does not care about it loyal customers
