25 Min wait on call centre and no answer
Waited 25 min for Telkom call center due to a problem with my line. <br> <br> Had someone come out to fix it, but he left because his ladder was not long enough and promised to come back the next day. Its been 5 days now and no return, I cant even get to the call center because its so congested. <br> <br>
