25 days, yet no instalation from telkom

25 days NO INSTALLATION....... very very poor service from telkom. After installation was payed, i still wait 25 days in counting for installation to be done. sales department only tell lies and allot of excuses p, phoning every week, twice a week. One lie after the other. OR IS IT BECAUSE IM WHITE, THAT TELKOM DOES NOT CARE TO DELIVER A SERVICE???? 25 DAYS IN COUNTING
