I have an billing query # 240 543 86. This was logged 16th of July. "Escalated" 8 times. 3 reviews on this site. All I get, is a standard reply to give information (ID, phone number etc.), which I do just to not hear from Telkom again. Please look at the query and contact me to have this resolved and not give the standard reply again.
