24 month contract without concent

Telkom must have the greatest business model. I have been retrenched in June 2020, Telkom sent a new router to my house in August 2020. Today I was informed that with the delivery of the router I agreed to a new 24 month contract. I was not even home when the thing was delivered. This is exploitation and is completely unacceptable.
