24 month contract cancelled still taking the installment

Worst ever NEVER CHOOSE TELKOM no service, go somewhere else. I have signed a cancellation form on 2017/07/07. On 04/09/2017 still they send me an invoice for 324.00 it is stated the the cancellation will take up to 20 days. Its 49 days later and still they WANT to take money. The call center staff is useless 30min on the line no answer.

This is my bill for August 2017 R 2,959.50 when I calculate the amounts including the 324.00 its is R2043.64. R915.86 for them to have a joll with???????????????? Telkom they get no rating from me what so ever, this place deserves no business what so ever. why are they taking money that do not belong to them???????
