24 month contract billed as once off for R 7K
Absolutely astounded at the sheer incompetence and stupidity. I signed up for a 24 month contract in December and have now got an invoice for the full amount as a once off purchase. Let me reiterate I SIGNED UP FOR A 24 MONTH CONTRACT TO BE BILLED MONTHLY, SIGNED ALL THE PAPERWORK, ETC, ETC and you are now billing me the full amount as a once off purchase.
