24 Days and counting and still no service

On the 12/01/18 I repored our line being down and everyday after that I phoned for progress updates and everytime I got the same excuse "it's with the testing center". I received an sms on the 31/01/18 that it is with the dispatcher waiting to assign a technician. We have phoned twice today(5/02/18) and still no technician has been assigned and nothing has been done with it. I am so fed up with the service delivery from Telkom. Their turn around time for faults is supposedly 7-10 working days. So what's their excuse for 24 days and counting. Somebody needs to be held accountable for the job not being done.
