21 Days repair for BUSINESS ROUTERS

<p>So I log a fault with telkom business because our router like the other 3 they have been giving me have faults, they send in the first technician to fix the problem, I get an sms that it has been resolved, go to the business premises nothing has been resolved, I call in again and get another technician that tells me I need to go get another router because the one I'm using is faulty,bare in mind this is a week and a half with no connection, I run to their maponya mall branch only to sit for 30 minutes on the que to be told by some dreadlock lady with attitude that they will not issue out a new router because of their new policies that says "they will repiar the router(no sympathy whatsoever, atleast if she gave me an alternative as i kept on repeating that this was a business line)and it will take 21 working days" which is close to a month for a business that relies on internet a connection due to our online booking system. </p>
