21 Days no joy and No response

My landline has been inactive from 7December 2015 with no feedback.<br> When I called in today , the response I got was telkom had retrenched 4000 workers.<br> Why didn't they tell me this before marketing to me 2 expensive contracts, then I would have taken my business elsewhere .
