20mbps line syncing at 6mbps and it is unstable

<p>Logged 3 faults with telkom and still no joy, 1 fault was even closed without notifying myself.</p> <p>Currently 400m max away from my excahnge but my attentuation readings are terrible, this is causing all my problems Hope something can be done to fix this. </p>
