20Mb VDSL line running at 2Mb
My 20Mb VDSL is currently running at 2Mb, with the result that I cannot complete certain tasks.<br> <br> I yesterday (the 29th April) received an SMS stating that the problem had been resolved whereas it is still on-going.<br> <br> I did escalate the fault (via the Telkom website) but have yet to hear from Telkom.
