20GB LTE and router for R199

Hi My name is Khumbudzo Ramukhithi I ordered a 20GB LTE and router for R199 on the 28 February 2019, i was told this will take about three to four working days to be delivered. And each time i make follow up i need to hold for more than 30 to an hour before it get answered. I made a follow up last week friday 08/03/2019 i was told that this was escalated to the manager and for the Agent to call me but until today i haven't received a call. I then made another follow up today and i spoke to Fatima she told me the very same thing, she is escalating this to the agent and she will cc her manager. Since the day i made the order i haven't receive the call from anyone to update me whats going on. ***. Hopefully this matter will be resolved quickly as its frustrating to be making follow up and yet again you have to hold for more than 30 minutes everytime.
