20GB Data Depletion in 2 days

To my surprise, our 20 GB data depleted in 2 days. Called Telkom to confirm how this is possible and with no help. The 20 Gb usual last us a month regardless going on youtube, streaming live etc. This is just a ******* from telkom, and I dont recommend telkom therefore closing all my telkom accounts.
