20GB COSTING MORE THAN NCAPPED

<p>Tried to get service from customer care line, maybe that was my misunderstanding that a call centre is there to assist. We have capped data for 20GB at a cost of R429. The last two months we have been charged more than this, when i tried to query this i was advised that there is a cap of 20gb and then a rand value cap of R500. How does this make any sense when uncapped data is at a cost of R799 with them...all I want is the cap of 20gb to be put in place as the contract we registered for at inception on the 26/07/2016 and the additional fee be reversed.</p>
