2016 Query.. REALLY!!!
Please refer to my 2016 Hello Peter reference number: SM190637 This query goes back from 2016 guys I though my account was closed, what happened? I called your contact centre but no one can assist me. You are still billing my account. This was supposed to be closed back on 2016. I want a refund for all the monies debited on my account.
