200GB LTE-A not performing Case Number ***1

<p>Hi </p> <p>My case has been open now since around before 4th October 2016 </p> <p>I was getting around 80 meg Download speed now dropped to 20 meg to 40 meg.</p> <p>Huawai has been here ,No report showing on this cas number at telkom.</p> <p>HSO Has been here ,no feedback.</p> <p>I would strongly recomend using another provider as this is unacceptable.</p> <p>If i wanted this speed i could have stayed with my ADSL uncapped line .</p> <p>I need to speak to a manager in the networking department.</p>
