2006 Account still listed

I am listed with 3 credit bureaus for owing Telkom R1569.00 since 2006. I have checked with Telkom Offices in Centurion and they are not aware of the account and how to go about clearing my name. The account is recorded aspaid up in 2 listings and open/current in another.<br> <br> I am prepared to pay the bill if only I can be directed to the right people or else my listings must be removed.
