200 mb line and it buffers with only 1 laptop using emails

Telkom disconnected me from ADSL for this pass long weekend, they removed my ADSL without having the password and user name for the Fibre. When the Fibre was eventually loaded its even worst then my ADSL line i had before. i am using 1 laptop and 4 cellphones on the WIFI its a 200 MB line and its total ******* for the best and fast speed you offer its *******
