20 metres of cabling left hanging into my yard, and installation incomplete.

<p>So I request a line installation for ADSL and Landline with telkom, having already used there services in the past, for R850pm on a 24 month contract. The technician calls a few days later to say they'll be installing, comes around but does not install for some or other reason. all good. A few days after that another message to say a technician will be out and I subsequently take leave from work. No technician shows. A few days thereafter another message. this time i call to confirm and I am assured they will be out. Again I take leave from work. and, you guessed it, no show. By this time im ****ed, but they did say within 21 working days so I give it some time. 2 weeks from the date of request, another message. more leave, another no show. (Telkom, get your **** together). 2 days go by, no more messages. I call in and they tell me the technician has been logging it as if he's been to my house. So this bloke is obviously lying flat out. Today, he finally arrives (after 4 or 5 messages) at around 11am. by 12:05 HE LEAVES! not mentioning why and with the installation incomplete.He then arrives back at my place around 14:15. By 14:30 i am informed that there are problems with the underground cabling so they cannot install. AGAIN!!! Not only that. But the technician leaves my place a mess. Wires hanging from the outside phone lines into my yard, a good 20m of cabling so my daughter can accidentally strangle herself. seriously Telkom? Please send someone around to fix this **** because I will be suing you if someone is hurt by your wires lying through my yard, and I will be porting to another ISP. Thank you, but no thank you.
