20 days and still no response and not fixed

Ref. No. 1197CRK100216 - no landline and adsl for 20 days! not a single call, sms, email. i have escalated many times and still nothing is done. it keeps going from tech to tech, but the problem isnt getting sorted out. the problem: TELKOM DUG A HOLE NEAR MY HOUSE AND MISTAKENLY CUT/DAMAGED THE CABLES. I have said this many times, but the tech keeps checking the boxes and doesnt sort out the cables that are cut in the hole. fix the cable and my landline will work! How difficult is that? 20 DAYS!
