2 Years waiting for cancelation

Good morning. I have tried to cancel my telkom account since Aug 2016 and still waiting. i have phone numerous times even got contact from Nudebt apartment but they closed the case and send it back to telkom and still waiting. I have always been friendly and kind with the consultant and never had some bad word towards them but not even friendliness helps. I can provide you with a lot of forums (cancellation) and emails on when this started and REF numbers ect. PLEASE CAN YOU BE SO KIND AND TRY TO HELP ME.
