2 years to close a Telkom Mobile account!!

I have been struggling to close an account on my name with Telkom for 2 years almost. Closed all my accounts in Jan 2018 and paid them the last amounts end of Feb, they even switches off my services mid Feb but I still paid them to close everything. Now I have bad credit record due to them not doing their work correctly.
