2 years of useless service

Telkom has been coming to my house for the last 2 years now. Fixing my 2 MB line to a 4 MB line. Here is the problem as soon as they fix it. 1 day later back to 2 MB. I want 2 years of money back for overpaying. This week tuesday Openserve came and fixed it...1 day later back to 2 MB. Thursday they came back to check and they fixed it again and 1 day later even worse than 2 MB. I got a sms saying its fixed lol....nope. I phone telkom and give them the reference the lady says she can see Im on a 4MB line but my profile says 2 MB. She cannot fix it she has to wait for a manager. For two years this has been going on. I want my 4 MB line and also repaid for 2 years overpaying! Useless Telkom!
