2 Year old account that should have been closed

Dear all<br> I have just received the following msg!!!!!!<br> 1/ MR MR CJ CLOETE a trace locator has been added to your Credit Bureau profile due to a default of R1080.13 on Telkom ***. Call *** for removal<br> I think that it is pathetic service that my name is being made bad with the credit bureau due to people at Telkom that cant do their work!!! I am trying to buy a car due to being in an accident but due to incompetence on Telkom side this will not be possible.<br> I moved out of the premises where I had this telephone line almost 2 years ago I went in to the Telkom office in Adderley str to have it closed off and paid my final bill due to Telkom systems that was offline the Telkom agent said he WILL close it and do what needs to be done when they come online.
