2 whole months, no permanent resolution. PATHETIC

does anyone working for Telkom know what customer service is? I am paying so much money for phone that I cannot use 100%<br> for two whole months there is noone who seems to know what do to to fix my problem permanently. I am having one case opened after another while the issue still persists.<br> people that work for the call centre are some of the most cluesless people i have dealt with!!<br> <br> I cannot receive calls on my number, if someone calls me it says phone number does not exist!! I call the call centre and i am transfered to people who all repeat the same process with me and say they dont know why its doing that and then transfer to someone else who does the exact same thing.<br> one person logged a case for me on monday and said they will phone me back, the whole week no one has called and when i call them they tell me they dont have an update for me and i must wait for someone to call me back, its friday and its stillnothing on their end<br> I called again now and they tell me my case is only now given to someone this morning but i cannot talk to them because they are busy.<br> <br> i used to praise telkom to my friends, not anymore!! pathetic service
