2 weeks without a landline and internet

I have now been 2 weeks without landline and internet. Telkom has not gotten back with any updates apart from system generated sms' everyone in my area is experiencing the same issue for the same amount of time. How long are we still going to have this issue? The severity level of this should be high as it impacts an entire area. The support and service level on this issue is extremely poor.
