2 weeks with no joy or solution!

<p>I recently had a telkom line installed. Since then I have made endless phone calls and had numerous chats about the issues I have experienced. to date, this is still not resolved!!! The line was installed but has NEVER worked. I called to confirm and it was not transferred to my account. This was done, but still not working. I then had another chat and the call was logged for the fault, to date this is not yet resolved, and yet I am charged for a service I have not even been able to use for 1 second! I called the call centre on Saturday only to be cut off at exactly 12:45 when the call centre closes. I do not know what else to do to get this resolved!???</p>
