2 weeks to get a contract
I'm trying to get a month to month contract with telkom for data. It's been 2 weeks and I am still waiting to hear from someone. Today I tried to call center. I spent 45 minutes on the line before giving up (YES! 45 MINUTES). Makes me wonder if I should be actually giving them my business to begin with.
