Telkom lines went dead around 30 July 2015. Fault reported 3 August 2015. To date nothing has been done to fix the lines. Call centre gives conflicting stories about progress made. Daily calls to call centre adds no value. Escalations also did not have any effect, in spite of a reference number been given to me.
