2 weeks no installation

Poor feedback for a adsl line. Its been2 weeks and no adsl line.is it so hard to get wifi? I am trying to work from home but I cannot even do that. Get someone to install a adsl line or let me get a IT guy to make a new connection with the neighbors wire.
