2 weeks later... still no feedback

<p>I posted on helloPeter a while back regarding an issue whereby I have not received ANY indication of when I can expect the router I ordered. Telkom conviniently rep**** with an issue reference number to make me believe that they are actually investigating my issue... I have had no feedback, I then phoned their call centre and was told that they will get hold of the store to contact me as they were suprised that it is taking this long to get me my ordered router... I was not even suprised at the empty promises YET AGAIN... Telkom really needs to step up here... </p>
