So today marks the 2 week anniversary of Telkom 's promise to make contact with me to sort out my problem and nothing has been seen or heard from anyone as yet. I am still paying for a 24 month contract I never asked for and that I said I don't want yet I am on a 24 month contract. How much longer to i have to wait for this to be sorted? Your last response was \.... and we will provide feedback soon\". when is soon? what is feedback? can you get this sorted soon?
