2 weeks later and still no contract

I filled up forms for a contract, dropped them off at Telkom in Nicol Way - I was told I would hear from them in 3 days. It's 2 weeks later and I still haven't heard a word. I wet to the Telkom yesterday to ask about it, only to hear that the girl processes my application had left and therefore they don't know what happened to my forms. What service is this?
