2 Weeks Applications No Response

Our company did application for 2 contracts with all supporting documents 2 weeks ago. No one gets back to you, they keep saying it's with back office. I have reference numbers, emails with an agent and at least 20 phone calls. Even their social media agents don't help. Don't even bother, go straight to Vodacom and it's done in a day!
