2 WEEKS AND NO SERVICE OR RESOLUTION

I have a business landline (fixed line look-alike) with Telkom for the past few years. 2 weeks ago customers were complaining they could not get through to us, yet we could make calls. Immediately contacted support who advised to remove the sim card and insert into another device to isolate if its the device or an issue on their side. Same issue occurred with a new device. So naturally it lies on the network side. A call was logged and we were told it will be resolved within 48 hours. We followed up after and were told it was sent to the wrong department and it is an IT Department issue and they will send to the relevant department which will take another 48 hours. We followed up again, and this may be very difficult to believe (I do all all reference numbers), and was told by another agent that it was sent to the incorrect department AGAIN and will be sorted out. Being exhausted from the back and forth over the phone, we decided to take the device to a Telkom store to see if they could assist. They conducted the tests that we had already done, and said they will log a call and provided us with an additional ref number. We followed up this week, and were told that it was in a queue. I demanded to speak to someone more senior than an agent, and was told that i should convey my concerns to the agent, who will pass on the message to his superior. Which he did while i was on the line. I was emailed a few steps to conduct on the device, which i had already done previously, but did so just to satisfy them. Once they were happy, they said they would log a call to escalate. I followed up this morning and was told AGAIN, its in a queue and we will get to it when we get to it. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE RESPONSES AND SUPPORT. I WANT THIS RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY. We advertise weekly in the local newspaper and this has been a waste of money and a poor impression on us as customers cannot get ahold of us. I know its a journey and a half, but im really thinking about looking into options for charging Telkom for loss in revenue and incurred costs.
