2 weeks and no phone line or internet

We have been without a phone line and adsl line since 23rd of April. We have been told that Telkom is working on it but its been 2 weeks and nothing is fixed. Telkom needs to up there service cause they aren't serving the community. I have sent them faults and my rest of my family has also sent in or phoned in a fault. Telkom is useless.
