2 weeks and my adsl line not sorted

My adsl line was supposed to be a 10 MB line.<br> Telkom's \brilliant"technicians moved the exchanged closer to where I live and ever since then I am only getting 1MB on my adsl line.<br> 2 technicians came through after me escalating problem twice and still have not fixed problem but closed the faults saying \""line has been restored\""<br> Now I have to once again waste time phoning 10210 <br> Pathetic service and useless technicians.."""
