2 Weeks and Counting - They have to much work

i operate a small business and on 07 March 2017 my line was unexpectedly down. We checked the outage meter for Telkom and it didnt show. So we started calling and holding for an hour and hang up. After driving and noticing that 1 of Telkoms substations or exchange as they call it is laying over and was damaged i realised that the cables probably hve been ******. I then posted on Telkoms FB page about my problem and later that day they commented that they will investigate my problem and revert back. The folloiwng day,08 March i had to send a follow up message to enquire on the progress. They send me an inbox later the afternoon to state that they still investigating. I then went to the substation took a pic and frowarded them the picture.

Every day since i had to ask for an update, just to be told on Thursday, 16 March 2017, that they received a message from the manager in the cables division that they are aware of the problem and they have to much work to attend to before this issue will be addressed. Hello, our whole area is down. Its costing me money to purchase extra data...oh and thats not all. so on Thursday 16 March 2017 a consultant advised me that i can apply for an intergrated data sim at a Telkom direct store and only need to take my ID and companty registration documents with and they will issue me with the sim which will run concurent with my ADSL package, which is uncapped. I get to Century City( Canal Walk ) Telkom direct branch just to be advised that i as the owner/director of the company must submit Telkom with a letter on my compnay letterhead to state that i give myslef permission to obtain this Sim card, oh and it will only be a 2gig simcard. REALLY,

My ref. nr. 203CWK080317

Please TELKOM, get your operations up to scratch, you costing me money and time.
