2 weeks 4 faults logged and still no Internet

Call logged 03 Feb ***<br> Call logged 09 Feb ***<br> Call logged 19 Feb ***<br> Twice I was given the excuse that they are working on the exchange.<br> Then suddenly there was no problem from my side and my router is faulty.<br> <br> Since yesterday my ADSL line is completely off. <br> I eventually got through this morning and they tell me their fault logging system if offline. It will be restored at 12. I have to phone back. I ask that they call me back. They take my number and then ignore me completely.<br> <br> This poor service is now going on for the whole month of February. Each time I log a call, the system works for a day or two and then the problem re-occurs.
