2 telkom poles damage and cables exposed

I have 2 telkom poles currently falling over in my garden. Cables are hanging on the floor and numerous connection to neigbours houses are connected from these boxes on top of the poles. <br> <br> We are in the process of building a house on the property were these poles are and i have logged more than 6 queries for your team to come and fix the loose and low lying cables as well as to stabilize the poles as they are falling over .<br> <br> The poles are unmaitained and the cables are a safety risk , not mentioning how awfull they will look when the new house will be completed . <br> <br> I have had numerous messages send trough to telkom that i will not be liable if these poles fall over and i refuse entrance to my property, as i will then have them removed. <br> <br> I have no issue with poles on my property , but if they are untidy and a safety hazard as they are , i do.<br> <br> I am asking nicely now , please have someone come look , assess and fix them before building starts as they will eventially fall over if not maintained .if this happens I will then refuse you the right to my property to fix them as ive begged you numerous times . please get intouch so that you understand my frustration as im willing to assist
